Our thermal printer team’s engineers are industry professionals with many years of experience. They offer expert technical analysis, undertake on-site surveys, offer service contracts to meet the needs of individual companies and provide a comprehensive after-sales service.

Return-to-base services
When repairs are not time-critical, customers can arrange to send their faulty printer to the All-Pak workshop, where our engineers will diagnose where it is failing and identify what is needed to correct the problem. Workshop repairs are generally the most cost-effective solution for jobs that are not urgent. They are ideal for companies that keep spare printers for immediate swap-out when a fault occurs.
Printers returned to the All-Pak workshop are frequently assessed on the same day of receipt and always within two working days. A quotation for the required work is then issued for your authorisation. Repairs are normally completed immediately the quotation reaches you and is approved. This way we can guarantee that the printer is in perfect working order at the point of quoting, avoiding any hidden extras (subject to parts availability).
A workshop inspection fee may be applicable, depending on the level of work required – this is refundable if the workshop repair goes ahead.
